What is a conversation?
A conversation is measured in messages. One payable conversation consists of 4 messages, 2 messages from your AI agent and 2 messages from the user. We count messages across supported channels where the agent is actively responding.
Do I need to replace my existing support system with Agenized?
No. Agenized sits in front of your current support setup and handles incoming messages across channels like email and social. Think of it as first-line sales and support: it answers most questions instantly, and when a human is needed, it routes the conversation to your existing support system with full context.
Will Agenized provide good answers to my customers?
Yes. Agenized can connect directly to your e-commerce platform (for example Shopify or WooCommerce) and use your products, pages, policies, and FAQs to answer like a trained team member. If the agent is missing something, it usually means the knowledge isn’t added yet, just like onboarding a new employee, but without the high cost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing settings. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next period.
Which channels can I use?
Agenized can run on the channels your customers already use, like Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, your website chat widget, and email (Gmail, Outlook, or custom email). We are adding more channels frequently.
Can I use multiple agents in the same channel?
Yes. You can deploy multiple specialized agents (for example Sales, Support, and Returns) in the same channel. Agenized routes each message to the most relevant agent in real time, while keeping the conversation context intact.
What happens when a customer needs a human?
The agent hands off the conversation to your team with a summary and full context, so customers don’t have to repeat themselves and your team can resolve the case faster.
Can the agents take actions, or do they only chat?
They can take actions through your integrations, like retrieving product details, looking up orders and tracking, applying coupons, and helping customers complete purchases, depending on what you enable.
Is Agenized safe for my brand?
Yes. You control tone, policies, and permissions. You decide what the agents can and cannot do, so they stay on-brand and only take approved actions.
Do I need to upload all my content manually?
No. You can connect knowledge sources like URLs, documents, and store data. Agenized uses those sources to answer accurately and consistently. When you combine this with actions, the agent can do almost the same as a real employee.
Will the agent answer in multiple languages?
Yes. Agenized supports multiple languages, so customers can get help in their preferred language without duplicating your setup.
What happens if I use all my conversations?
If you run out of included conversations, we can automatically add more so your AI agents can continue responding without interruption. By default, we automatically purchase 100 additional conversations when you reach your limit. This auto-purchase can be enabled or disabled anytime in the Billing section.
How long does it take to get started?
Most stores can launch a first agent in minutes. Connect a channel, add your knowledge sources, choose a template (Sales, Support, or Custom), and you’re ready to test real conversations.
Do you offer a free trial?
Instead of a time-limited trial, you can create a test account and get 20 free conversations to evaluate the platform. After those are used, you can upgrade to a paid plan to continue.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You’re not locked in. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime as your needs change.
